12th Sept. 2009 - Cheryl & Peter Jackson
Oxenfoord Castle
Cheryl & Peter got married yesterday in the most stunning weather of the summer. With the sun shining and deep blue skies they couldn't have wished for better.
Cheryl and Peter chose Oxenfoord Castle because Cheryl was at school there, it's a stunning place to get married and the service is first class. They were married nearby at the church she has attended throughout her life which made it very much a family affair.
These are my favourite images from the wedding day. Click on each picture for a larger version.
Paula and John were married in Mid Calder with their reception at Norton House Hotel, just outside Edinburgh. Norton House is a fantastic location to get married, it is a luxury four star hotel just a 20-minute drive from Edinburgh city centre and a mere ten minutes away from Edinburgh Airport.
It was a great day with some of the evenings entertainment provided a friend of theirs who was an X Factor finalist!
Yesterday, I had a fantastic time with Mairi and Denis at their wedding at Winton House.
Mairi and Denis are both Physiotherapists and met while Mairi was doing her training.
Mairi and Denis chose Winton House because of its intimate and special mix of history and elegance. They had a fantastic day surrounded by a large group of friends and family.
Mairi is part of a burlesque troop of dancers in addition to being a member of the first gymnastics club from Scotland to win a national title. We were treated to a fantastic performance from Mairi's fellow dancers.
Carolyne and Ken were married at Oxenfoord Castle on 24th May 2008. They were really lucky with the weather, though it threatened rain it never arrived allowing us to get out and explore the many locations Oxenfoord has to offer. Ken is in the US military and met Carolyne while she was in the 'States studying at University.
Below are some of my favourite images from the day.
